The official rope sessions are documented primarily in two released films, Central — Progress / Cold Proof and Centuryon Qlub Active, both archived with the movement records on this site. This entry summarizes what those records show.

Cadence is the first observable: turn rates in the work blocks are high and sustained, the rope completing multiple revolutions per jump at the faster passages. Second is economy of motion — vertical displacement stays minimal even at speed, the arc kept tight and close to the body, wrists doing the turning visible in close frames. Third is spatial control: footwork variations stay confined to narrow lanes on deck or pavement, covering little ground while varying patterns beneath the rope.

Both films use long unbroken takes from fixed positions, so these observations come from continuous footage. Elasticity in the record is visible, not asserted — the rope's rebound, brief ground contacts, the same bounce height returned to across a block.
